HALO was a project developed for the competition of Fountain of Hygiene. 

​

HALO looks at ways to sanitize efficiently, to limit the spread of viruses without the need for constant awareness and action. it automates the process by emitting a protective and sanitizing field, around the user's head.

​

The technology used includes smart cameras around all sides of the necklace, when motion is detected, harmless far-UVC waves are emitted to efficiently sanitize the object approaching the user.

The project was awarded second place in the future of sanitation category, and was exhibited at the design museum in liondon as well as, Haw Par Music as part of Business of Design Week CityProg Hong Kong
